Return & Exchange Policy – Brands Bazaar

At Brands Bazaar, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that a 5% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. All refunds are processed within 7 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping charges.

We also offer a free exchange for products that are defective, damaged, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving your order. For exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping charges unless the product delivered is faulty or incorrect. Kindly mention your full name, contact number, order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. The original receipt or proof of purchase placed in your parcel must also be included. Please note that perfumes, beauty items, and personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Clearance sale items are also not eligible for return or exchange. Brands Bazaar reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
