Return & Exchange Conditions:

  1. Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  2. The original receipt or proof of purchase (included in your parcel) must be provided.
  3. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  4. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
  5. Return or exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Please note that perfumes, beauty items, and personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Clearance sale items are also not eligible for return or exchange. Brands Bazaar reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
